Roam Car Subscriptions is looking for a flexible and versatile Business Development Center Representative who will be responsible for the growth of the sales division. Working alongside the sales and customer support team, you will participate in the strategic development of the organization. As one of the fastest growing automotive startups in North America, you would be joining a revolutionary company making waves in the automotive industry!

Responsibilities:
- 70+ activities a day, including phone calls, emails, and customer followups
- Answering inbound sales calls and closing deals with new subscribers
- Work with customers through the subscription creation and license upload process
- Assist in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
- Have open communication with all team members and their designated departments within the company
- Ability to understand customer's expectations and mindset
- Follow-up on customer requests
- Maintain logs of all calls and allocation of appointments to the operations and account management team
- Complete all daily assigned tasks
- Answer all inbound phone calls according to a pre-set script and schedule vehicle pickups
- Respond to incoming dealership inquiries
- Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
- Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database
- Prepare driver applications and approvals
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service talent
- 2 years + of customer service/telemarketing experience in a managerial role preferred
- Demonstrated effective time management and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a calm and patient demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding to work independently in an unsupervised environment
- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft programs – ( word, excel )
- Sales or call center experience or similar position background is a must
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Must have experience conducting at least 70+ outbound activities per day
Assets:
- Experience with Hubspot or another CRM is preferred
- Experience in a BDC department preferred
- Automotive experience is preferred

Salary and benefits
Salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 per year. Salary will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
