About the Role
As a Vehicle Detailing and Lot Attendant, you’ll help us deliver a top-notch experience by ensuring every vehicle is spotless, presentable, and customer-ready. You'll also support our operations team with vehicle coordination and occasional driving or delivery tasks.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Washing and detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles
- Keeping our lot organized and vehicles positioned as per dealership and operational needs
- Preparing and delivering vehicles to customers for pick up and valet services
- Interacting with Roam's maintenance and repair partners to ensure Roam vehicles are road ready for customers
- Occasionally interacting with customers to support Roam's customer experience team
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment
- Taking on additional duties as assigned
Who You Are
- You take pride in your work and have an eye for detail—especially when it comes to clean, well-presented vehicles
- You’re organized and dependable, able to work independently or as part of a team
- You’re comfortable driving a range of vehicles and take safety seriously
- You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
- You’re the kind of person who gets things done—you see what needs doing and you do it without being asked
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to keep things moving
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the automotive field is an asset

Compensation
$37,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
